1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Citychat ("Site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age Restriction

The Site is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By entering the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that you consent to view adult sexually explicit material.

3. Nature of the Service

Citychat is an aggregator that indexes public live-cam streams from third-party providers (including but not limited to Chaturbate, BongaCams, Stripchat, CamSoda, Cam4, LiveJasmin, SkyPrivate, ImLive). We do not host, produce, store, upload, or otherwise create any of the live streams or content shown. All content originates from and is delivered by the respective third-party providers. Clicking through to a broadcaster leads you to the third-party platform, which is governed by its own terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access without written permission.
• Post or transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material via any interactive feature.
• Represent yourself as a minor or impersonate any performer.
• Use the Site to distribute malware or engage in unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site design elements, code, trademarks, and text are owned by Citychat or its licensors. Live stream content, thumbnails, and performer information remain the property of the originating third-party provider and their respective performers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit such content without permission from the rights holder.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links and embedded content from third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Interacting with a third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms.

7. Payments and Affiliate Relationships

Citychat does not process payments. All transactions (tokens, tips, private shows, memberships) occur exclusively on third-party platforms. We may receive affiliate compensation when you sign up or spend on a linked provider; this does not affect the price you pay.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that streams will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citychat, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citychat from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
