Citychat aggregates public live streams from third-party providers. If you believe content shown on the Site should be removed, this page explains the process and how to reach us quickly.

2. When to Use This Form

Use this process for:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") depicting you.
• Content you appear in and no longer consent to being displayed.
• Content that infringes your right of publicity, name, image, or likeness.
• Content depicting anyone under 18 (report immediately - see Report Abuse).
• Any content that violates applicable law.

For pure copyright infringement, please use the DMCA process instead.

3. What to Include in Your Request

1. The exact URL(s) on Citychat where the content appears.
2. A description of the content and the reason for removal.
3. Proof of your identity and, if applicable, ownership or relationship to the content.
4. Your contact details.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is truthful.

4. Turnaround

We aim to review valid requests within 24 to 48 hours. Urgent matters involving safety, minors, or non-consensual content are triaged immediately.

5. Third-Party Content

Because streams are hosted by third-party providers, complete removal (including from search engines and provider CDNs) may require contacting the originating provider directly. We will help facilitate this when possible.
