Notice Regarding Records Under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75

The operators of Citychat ("the Site") are not the producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content displayed on the Site, as that term is defined by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75.

Nature of Content

Citychat operates as an aggregator of publicly available live-cam streams provided by third-party platforms. All live streams, thumbnails, and performer information are:

• Broadcast in real time from the respective third-party provider,
• Delivered directly by that provider's content-delivery network,
• Owned or licensed by the originating provider and their performers.

Citychat does not host, store, upload, transcode, or otherwise produce the visual content. Section 2257 record-keeping requirements are the responsibility of the primary and secondary producers - the third-party providers and the individual broadcasters.

Age Verification by Providers

Each third-party provider represents that they verify the age of every performer prior to broadcasting and retain records of such verification as required by law. By linking to or embedding streams from these providers, Citychat relies on those representations.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on Minors

Citychat maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal content, including any depiction of minors. Any reasonable suspicion of underage participation will result in immediate removal of the material from the Site and prompt reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the originating provider, and appropriate authorities.

How to Report

To report suspected underage content or Section 2257 violations, please use our abuse form. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

No Custodian of Records

Because Citychat is not a producer, no Section 2257 records custodian is designated at this Site. Please direct all Section 2257 records inquiries to the relevant third-party provider named above.
